Personal Trainer

Personal Trainers are responsible for educating clients and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipment. Individuals holding this position must be able to develop, document, and implement one-on-one, partner, or group workout programs that match the needs and goals of clients.

Life Coach

Life Coaches equip clients with mental frameworks and regulatory techniques to lead well-rounded, enriching lives. Life coaches often suggest supplementary treatment to promote the achievement of goals outlined during consultations, providing guidance and support in various areas, including goal-setting for future plans.

Health Nutritionist

A Health Nutritionist evaluates clients' needs to identify their dietary requirements and restrictions. They use their expert knowledge of nutrition and food to help others make better healthy food choices. Their duties include creating meal plans, training the public, and establishing goals.

Strength and Conditioning Coach

A Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strength and conditioning program for all sports, with the three major goals of improving athletic performance, reducing athletic injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.

Volunteer

The volunteer's responsibilities include completing tasks assigned by the supervisor, upholding the organization's values, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism with all stakeholders. You should arrive on time, follow instructions, and improve the overall operations of the organization.

Group Fitness Instructor

A Group Fitness Instructor is an integral part of the fitness and wellness team within Type One Fitness. Group Fitness Instructors are responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and levels from Yoga to HIIT. This includes counting, cueing, organizing choreography, and much more.

Member Services Representative

A Member Services Representative is the first point of contact for all member-related questions, requests, and concerns. Responsibilities also include providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional experience toward a healthy lifestyle.

Event Coordinator

The duties and responsibilities of an Event Coordinator center on planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes. Coordinators have to understand what it takes to make sure the logistics work out, keep everything within the allocated budget and ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly.
