Research shows there’s strength in numbers, especially when it comes to your exercise routine. Semi private training consists of one trainer working with a group of 2 to 6 clients during the session. Keeping the group to a 6-person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.

You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher. Classes may be sequenced around a peak pose such as a backbend, or they might focus on a particular theme such as the chakras or an aspect of yoga philosophy. The class may be dynamic and focus on strengthening postures, or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility in the spine or the hips.

It's an interval workout. It’s an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, international dance inspired, calorie-burning fitness-party™ that will leave you wanting more! The classes move between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Membership tiers and fees

Choose which level is best suited for you. All tiers eligible for 10% discount if yearly membership is purchased in full. Military, First Responders and Town Employees are eligible for a 15% discount. Discounts must be processed at our welcome center or by calling 781-987-1393.
