Semi private training

Research shows there’s strength in numbers, especially when it comes to your exercise routine. Semi private training consists of one trainer working with a group of 2 to 6 clients during the session. Keeping the group to a 6-person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.

Private training

Our expert trainers will work with you to create a custom plan based on your goals that encompasses both in-studio and at-home workouts – then guide you one-on-one through them all. Take your body and energy levels to new heights with personalized workout programs. You will not only achieve your goals but you will also learn to maintain your new body. Education is essential for long term success.

Begin your day with a centering and awakening yoga class designed to stretch your body and enrich your spirit. Stimulate your creativity through a beginning meditation and warm up with gentle flow postures guaranteed to set you up for a successful day.

6:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Is the class to flex those gains. A rapid fat-blasting workout designed to condition and tone muscles using barbell programs, with focus on targeted muscle groups that deliver a total body shred!

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Everybody wants better abs! But more than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall core strength. Please warm-up before coming to this class as no warm-up is included. Be ready to work!

This class starts with a warm up and transitions into a series of body-weight based strength exercises. Modifications and progressions are always offered, so you can start where you are and continue to build from there. The last quarter of the class cools down with stretching.

High Intensity Interval Ride, filled with excitement and energy! These cardiovascular workouts are an enhanced form of interval training; an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. These short and intense bursts provide improved athletic capacity and conditioning, better glucose metabolism, and increased fat burning! Please arrive 10 minutes prior for bike set up.

A gentle restorative yoga class with emphasis on stretches balances and some basic postures. The class will also focus on the use of pranayama breathing techniques to relax and restore the body and mind. Class will end with a guided relaxation in Savasana. Burn fat and build muscle. High Intensity Interval Training Strength is a full-body workout. This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. Choose which level is best suited for you. All tiers eligible for 10% discount if yearly membership is purchased in full. Military, First Responders and Town Employees are eligible for a 15% discount. Discounts must be processed at our welcome center or by calling 781-987-1393.
