The OneFit KettleStrength program is your ultimate 8-week strength and mobility solution. This small-group training experience is built around kettlebell fundamentals, functional movement, and high-intensity circuits designed for all fitness levels. Held Fridays at 4:00 PM at Type One Fitness, the OneFit KettleStrength program will help you build full-body strength, improve joint mobility, and enhance endurance through expert programming and real-time coaching.
