Located in our state-of-the-art facility, this ongoing program bridges the gap between short-term medical rehab and long-term heart health.

What to Expect From the CRCP at Type One Fitness

In our CRCP, you’ll work in a small group setting with professional oversight. Sessions begin with a customized workout plan based on your target heart rate, rate of perceived exertion (RPE), and personal health history. We’ll track progress with pre- and post-exercise vital signs, including heart rate and blood pressure.

As your strength and confidence grow, your workout will gradually increase in duration and intensity. Our advanced cardio machines with real-time heart rate monitoring ensure your safety during each session.

InBody Biometric Screening – A Smarter Way to Track Progress

As part of your intake, we offer an optional InBody body composition analysis – a quick, non-invasive scan that reveals precise data about your muscle, fat, and hydration levels. Unlike traditional scales, this test gives you deeper insight into your fitness and helps guide personalized goals.

This data-driven approach complements our broader belief in tracking overall wellness, including improvements in energy levels, emotional health, and confidence.

CRCP Exercises Tailored to You

Your CRCP fitness plan will vary based on your individual risk factors and fitness level, with sessions that may include:
  • Cardio training – walking, stationary biking, elliptical, or step machines
  • Strength training – using free weights, selectorized machines, resistance bands
  • Flexibility and balance work – optional components based on your mobility and goals

Who Can Benefit from Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Continuance Program?

Flexible Enrollment for Ongoing Support

There’s no start or end date to our Cardiac Rehabilitation Continuance Program. Join at any time and remain enrolled for as long as you’d like. Sessions will expand based on demand, and our team will adjust your plan to fit your evolving needs.

Check with your medical team and insurance provider to determine eligibility and coverage. Medicare and most major insurers offer reimbursement for continued cardiac rehab.
