Stay motivated and supported by joining HealthyHabits community sessions focused on education, accountability, and lifestyle coaching. Sessions emphasize habit-building, mindset, and peer encouragement.

Sessions are held Tuesdays at 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM. Optional check-ins are available prior to sessions. Walk-ins are welcome.

Are weigh-ins required for HealthyHabits members?

HealthyHabits does not require medical or clinical evaluations. Optional progress check-ins may be used as a personal accountability tool at the participant’s discretion.

Why is HealthyHabits beneficial for individuals with diabetes?

HealthyHabits provides non-medical lifestyle education, routine support, and accountability that may complement an individual’s existing care plan. HealthyHabits does not provide medical advice or treatment. Participants are encouraged to consult licensed healthcare professionals for medical guidance.

What credentials do the coaches at HealthyHabits hold?

Coaches at HealthyHabits hold certifications in wellness coaching, behavior change, fitness education, and related non-clinical disciplines.

When and where do HealthyHabits Sessions take place?

HealthyHabits Sessions take place at Type One Fitness, located at 386 Washington Street (Rt 53), Norwell, MA. These sessions are scheduled for Tuesday at 5:30 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM. Additionally, appointments can be arranged for other times upon request. As the popularity of our sessions increases, we plan to incorporate additional time slots to accommodate more participants.

Weigh-ins start 30 minutes before the scheduled Session times. Walk-ins are always welcome, and newcomers are invited to attend a session before deciding on a membership duration plan.

Do HealthyHabits members receive a discount at Type One Fitness?

Absolutely! As a new member of the HealthyHabits 12-month plan, you qualify for a 10% discount on all tiers of a Type One Fitness membership. This discount will persist as long as you maintain your membership with both programs. Please note that this offer is exclusively available to new members.

What is a HealthyHabits Champion?

A HealthyHabits Champion stands out for their dedication to embracing and advocating for healthy habits and sustainable lifestyle changes. They exhibit remarkable commitment, expertise, and achievement in upholding a wholesome lifestyle and motivating others to follow suit. These individuals act as exemplars and ambassadors for the HealthyHabits initiative, sparking inspiration and driving positive transformations in the lives of others.

How does a HealthyHabits member maintain their Champion status?

Simply weigh in each month and achieve a weight loss of 10% of your body weight, maintaining your target weight for 6 consecutive months. By doing so, you’ll unlock unlimited access to HealthyHabits Sessions and digital tools.

If you miss a monthly weigh-in or find yourself more than 2 pounds above your target weight, don’t worry. You’ll still retain your Champion Membership status. In such cases, you can opt to purchase a monthly pass at a reduced rate of $20. This pass includes weekly Sessions and access to digital tools until you return to your goal weight.
