This 30-minute, one-on-one session is a great way to get familiar with our top-quality cardio and strength equipment, explore a wide range of classes, and find what works best for you.

As a Type One Fitness member, you receive one free 30-minute session with a personal trainer. Because we value inclusivity, even teens as young as 14 with a Tier 1 membership can join in!
