We’re thrilled to offer you a complimentary Fit for Life! training session with our certified trainers when you become a member. This 30-minute one-on-one session is an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with our high-quality cardio and strength equipment, explore our diverse range of classes, and find what works best for you.
As a Type One Fitness member, you receive one complimentary 30-minute session with a personal trainer. We prioritize inclusivity, so even teens as young as 14 with a Tier 1 membership can participate!

I was so tired of being tired all the time. I constantly had back pain and was not confident in my appearance, which affected more areas of my life than I realized.
