Sync your device

Participants only need to sync their device with their mywellness® account the first time, after which they can join the class/circuit with one tap on their avatar on the UNITY™ SELF touch screen.

Keep the beat

Participants check their avatar on the large screen to monitor their heartbeat and follow the timer to optimize workout efficiency. A fitness coach will guide you during our heart-rate based HIIT workout circuit.

Get feedback

All performance data from the Teambeats™ class is saved to the participants’ mywellness® accounts and can be viewed in their “My Progress Index,” along with training results for all their workouts.

How Teambeats™ works

Heart-rate-based performance – Participants follow the target heart rate set by their trainer and perform a class or circuit, moving to the beat of curated music tracks.
Interactive workout screens – Every member’s avatar is displayed on a large screen alongside a timer, enabling real-time feedback and motivation.
Guidance from certified coaches – A coach guides the class through a heart-rate-based HIIT circuit, helping you stay in the optimal training zone.
Smart syncing – Just sync your device once to your mywellness® account, and easily tap your avatar to join future sessions.
Progress tracking – All workout data is saved to your mywellness® account so you can review your performance, results, and fitness progress anytime.

Polar Verity Sense wristband

During a Teambeats™ session, all participants will wear a personally assigned Polar Verity Sense optical heart rate sensor that provides you with maximum freedom of movement and connects to your mywellness app to see your workout in real time, or view your data afterwards. The Polar wristband is connected to our high-tech system from Technogym and will be used to track your progress while your training.

When is registration open for each class?

Registration will open 3 days prior to the start of the class. Registering prior to the class ensures you will have a spot in the class as long as you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time.

How much does it cost?

Type One Fitness offers Teambeats™ class packages in increments of 10, 20, and 30 for purchase, and individual classes or basically pay-as-you-go. Below are member rates. Non-member rates are also available.

Is advance registration required?

Yes – you will need to reserve your spot each time you plan to attend a class. Reservations can be made 3 days in advance of each class.

What is the process if I drop in without registering?

If you drop in without registering you will need to register when you get to the class. The instructor will help you do this. If the class is full, you will be in a waiting line. Everyone that has registered will be let in first and then any remaining spaces in the class will be filled with those in the waiting line.
