Your journey to a healthier life
Explore new ways to challenge yourself with the right balance of training and motivation.
Semi-private training
Research shows there’s strength in numbers, especially when it comes to your exercise routine. Semi-private training consists of one trainer working with a group of 2 to 6 clients during the session. Keeping the group to a 6-person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.
Private training
Our expert trainers will work with you to create a custom plan based on your goals that encompasses both in-studio and at-home workouts – then guide you one-on-one through them all. Take your body and energy levels to new heights with personalized workout programs. You will not only achieve your goals but you will also learn to maintain your new body. Education is essential for long term success.
