This low-impact, high-intensity program blends ballet-inspired movements, strength training, and mindful flexibility work to help you tone, lengthen, and improve mobility. Plus, you’ll build strength while embracing the grace and power of Barre. All levels are welcome, and modifications are always available to match your fitness level!

This Progressive Barre Series is open to participants aged 14 and older. Non-members, please email [email protected] to register. Members may register directly online. All sales are final and non-refundable.
