Each 90-minute session blends warm-up, FTP-based intervals, endurance training, and recovery work. Led by an Ironman Worlds Finisher, this program helps cyclists of all levels build strength, speed, and endurance while training with power metrics, cadence control, and supportive group motivation. Whether you’re preparing for your next event or just want to push your limits, Power Plus is where results happen.
