EmpowerFit – Holistic Wellness Program for Ages 11-13 – Building Strength, Endurance, and Lifelong Friendships

Join our program for ages 11 to 13 to discover strength and empowerment. It goes beyond just fitness – it’s a complete approach to boost physical well-being and create a sense of achievement. We focus on building endurance, balance, agility, and coordination for overall body strength. Participants not only improve physical skills but also form lasting friendships, fostering a supportive community for personal growth. Our inclusive program welcomes students of all fitness levels, with ACSM Personal Trainer Joe Bowie tailoring the program to individual sports and fitness goals.

This program is guided by Joe Bowie, a Certified Fitness Instructor, ACSM Personal Trainer, and Clinical Exercise Physiologist with expertise in Sport and Exercise Science.
