Modeled after the official HYROX race format, this program prepares your body to handle intensity, fatigue, and sustained effort – so you don’t just train hard, you train smart.

What to Expect
This 8-week HYROX training program is built around progressive overload and hybrid performance training. Each session combines running intervals with functional strength stations to simulate real HYROX-style efforts.
You’ll train through:
- Running intervals building toward ~5 miles of total volume across sessions
- Functional strength work including sled pushes/pulls, lunges, carries, and wall balls
- Erg-based conditioning with SkiErg and rowing
- High-intensity efforts like burpee broad jumps and hybrid circuits
As the weeks progress, intensity increases – and so does your ability to perform.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Behavior Change Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Fitness Business Manager, Tyson specializes in building safe, effective, and results-driven programs for individuals of all levels.
Living with type 1 diabetes himself, Tyson brings a unique level of insight and discipline to his coaching. His approach is structured, intentional, and focused on helping every participant improve, progress, and succeed.
