EmpowerFit – Holistic Wellness Program for Ages 11-13

Building Strength. Confidence. Lifelong Habits. Empower young athletes with a program designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence. This 6 Week Youth Strength & Conditioning Program goes beyond just fitness – it creates a foundation for lifelong health and well-being. Participants improve balance, agility, and coordination while developing a sense of achievement and resilience.

Each session is tailored to individual goals, ensuring every participant gains skills that support both sports performance and overall wellness. More than just a workout, this program fosters friendships, teamwork, and personal growth in a positive and encouraging environment.

This program is led by Joe Bowie, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Physiologist, with a background in Sport and Exercise Science. His expertise ensures that each participant gets the right balance of challenge and encouragement to grow stronger, both physically and mentally.
