Welcome to the HH Fitfoundation Program, a transformative 45-minute low-impact fitness program meticulously crafted to synergize with the HH Session experience. At Type One Fitness, our commitment is to empower individuals on their weight loss journey by fostering a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Fitness Tailored for You – Our HH FitFoundation Program is designed with your well-being in mind. Recognizing the significance of low-impact exercise in weight loss, our sessions focus on exercises that are gentle on joints and suitable for all fitness levels. That’s why, at Type One Fitness, we go beyond the workout by fostering a supportive community. Complementary to HH Session – HH FitFoundation Program seamlessly complements the HH Session, taking place immediately after each session. This strategic integration allows you to easily transition from your workshop discussions to a purposeful fitness routine, reinforcing your commitment to overall wellness.

Kelly Hawk, Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, ACE Certified Health Coach, Behavioral Change Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, ACE Certified Weight Management Specialist and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, along with Beth York, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, National Esports Champion, and World Qualifier for Iron(Wo)man, is leading this program in a secure and supportive group environment, where participants can engage, have fun, prioritize health, and socialize.
The 6 Week HH FitFoundation Program is suited for all fitness levels. Participants must be age 14 or older. This purchase is for a one (1) participant. All sales are final and non-refundable.
