10 Sessions




Drop-in group fitness available at Type One Fitness. We offer a variety of drop-in fitness classes to meet your busy schedule including HIIT cycle, TRX®, tabata, yoga, Technogym Teambeats™, bootcamp, Les Mills BODYPUMP™, GRIT™, CORE™ and more! Classes are suited for all fitness levels unless noted in the description. Participants must be age 14 or older and ages 12 & 13 may participate if supervised by an adult. This purchase is for a ten (10) session drop-in. Passes cannot be shared and expire in 90 days. All sales are final and passes are non-refundable. Please read, understand the Liability Disclaimer Policy, sign and return to info@typeonefitness.org or print out and bring with you on your first session.
