How Teambeats™ works
Participants perform the class/circuit, keeping to the heart rate target set by their trainer as fas as possible. They work out to the beat of music tracks, monitoring their avatar and the timer displayed on the large screen to optimize work and recovery periods.

When is registration open for each class?
Registration will open 3 days prior to the start of the class. Registering prior to the class ensures you will have a spot in the class as long as you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time.
How much does it cost?
Type One Fitness offers Teambeats™ class packages in increments of 10, 20, and 30 for purchase, and individual classes or basically pay-as-you-go. Below are member rates. Non-member rates are also available.

Is advance registration required?
Yes – you will need to reserve your spot each time you plan to attend a class. Reservations can be made 3 days in advance of each class.
What is the process if I drop in without registering?
If you drop in without registering you will need to register when you get to the class. The instructor will help you do this. If the class is full, you will be in a waiting line. Everyone that has registered will be let in first and then any remaining spaces in the class will be filled with those in the waiting line.
