Treadmill classes can enhance your fitness by promoting cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and overall physical conditioning. The PowerStride class combines treadmill exercises with strength training, creating a high-energy workout that keeps burning calories even after it’s done. This training induces the after-burn effect (EPOC) (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption), leading to continued calorie burn throughout the day.
Kendall Connery, a certified personal trainer and registered nurse, guides this class in a secure and supportive group environment. Experience an engaging and enjoyable session, and make new friends along the way.
The 6 week PowerStride class is suited for all fitness levels. Participants must be age 14 or older. This purchase is for a one (1) participant. All sales are final and non-refundable.
