Marie Freeman is certified in Qigong, Chair and Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Acupressure and she’s a Reiki Master Teacher. She has trained with Masters Lee Holden, Ken Cohen, Michael Gach, PhD to name just a few.

The 6 Week Meditation Series is suited for all fitness levels. Participants must be age 14 or older. This purchase is for a one (1) participant. All sales are final and non-refundable.
