Prepare for your outdoor adventures and upcoming events like the Pan Mass Challenge, Best Buddies, or B2VT by boosting your endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, all fitness levels are welcome in our supportive training environment.

Beth’s program focuses on improving your aerobic fitness and gearing your body for longer rides. Instead of tracking miles, we’ll measure your progress in minutes, helping you identify your fitness zones using a heart rate monitor and our Keiser M3i bikes.

The core of the program includes weekly long rides, starting at 90 minutes and gradually progressing to a 4 hour ride, aiming to boost your functional threshold, build muscle power, improve endurance, and facilitate active recovery.

Space is limited, so secure your spot today! If you’re new to cycling and focused on building endurance, no worries! This class is flexible, allowing you to start with 60 minutes and gradually work up to 2 hours. It’s all about your comfort and progress. Join us and pedal toward success!

Beth York, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, National Esports Champion, and World Qualifier for Iron(Wo)man, is leading this series in a safe and supported group setting which will provide participants the opportunity to feel engaged while having fun and making new friends.

The 6 Week Cycle Endurance Builder is suited for all fitness levels. Participants must be age 14 or older. This purchase is for a one (1) participant. All sales are final and non-refundable.
